Chris Sandvig
Founder & Executive Director
A self-proclaimed infrastructurist, Chris has been fascinated with transportation, cities, and the systems that make modern life possible practically since birth.
Rachel Windsor
Program & Engagement Leader
A Pittsburgh-native, Rachel has been long involved in community relations and advocacy in the area. She manages communications, media relations, policy research, and more for Mobilify.
Velie-Velia Sando
Policy Intern
Velie-Velia Sando is a Policy Intern at Mobilify Southwestern Pennsylvania, where she conducts research, analyzes policies, and gathers/synthesizes data pertinent to Mobilify’s projects.
Brooke Shetler
Communication and Engagement Intern
Brooke is a licensed social worker and student at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing her Master of Social Work and Master of International Development. Currently, Brooke is assisting with the Guaranteed Basic Mobility pilot occurring in Manchester.
Ricquel Williams
Outreach Intern
Ricquel is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Pittsburgh, where she is studying community organizing and social action. She is also working on a study that analyzes the impact of guaranteed basic mobility pilot programs in underserved communities.
