A Pittsburgh-native, Rachel has been long involved in community relations and advocacy in the area. She has a diversified background in communications, public policy, and nonprofit development, previously working for organizations such as Pennsylvania United, Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the U.S. Senate.

At Mobilify, Rachel manages the internal and external communications of the organization, including social media, policy briefs, and research blogs. She is passionate about expanding equitable access to transportation across Southwestern Pennsylvania and reducing the impact of climate change through expanded use of clean energy mobility.

Rachel holds a BA with honors in Political Science from American University and a certificate in Women, Public Policy and Leadership. Given her vested interest in gender equity, she founded Leading Women of Tomorrow at American University in 2018. The organization supports women—particularly those from diverse backgrounds—who are pursuing career in public service and politics.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys testing new recipes in her kitchen, volunteering at a nearby animal shelter, and spending time with her cats, Kiwi and Pinto.
